Monica, a proud Texas native, built her professional foundation at the University of the Incarnate Word, where she completed her degree with a focus on HR Law. Guided by her faith and inspired by the support of her loved ones, she launched Froboese Insurance Services, LLC in 2015 with a mission to serve her community.
